• Open to Hawaii State FCU members and their dependents
• Must attend a fully accredited university, college or trade/vocational school
• Must demonstrate financial need
• Must attend as a full-time student (as determined by your school’s financial aid office)
• May apply as an Undergraduate or Graduate degree-seeking student
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
• Transcripts with a Cumulative GPA
• FAFSA Financial Summary (FSS)
• List of Achievements and Community Service
• Letters of Recommendation (optional)
